Need more structure and support? Commit to yourself with a 6 month program to create lasting and sustainable change.
This program includes (1) 90-minute health discovery session + (11) Root to Rise Sessions. Starting with your foundation, we build the connection between your body, chakras and the key elements of life.
** All appointments are virtual, either over the phone or on Zoom. In-Person appointments coming fall 2025 at the newly designed Wellcraft Studio in Denver, Colorado!
